Restore your Independence and Sense of Well-Being!
If you are experiencing discomfort, pain or loss of strength as the result of an injury or physical damage caused by repetitive movements, you may find occupational therapy helpful.
If your condition prevents you from being independent in your daily activities at home, at work, or in your leisure, you should consult an occupational therapist. In occupational therapy, rehabilitation is achieved by having clients perform activities similar to those they normally perform at work or at home. This allows the occupational therapist to teach and reinforce good posture and work practices.
